What is TravelAccel?

A single, cost-effective, comprehensive, customizable, cloud based, tour operator business application platform that engages, recruits, organizes and operates it all!  A single platform that recruits organizes and operates your travel company. 

Who in my company can use the system?

The TravelAccel platform is the only platform your employees will need.  You decide who should receive access and what areas of the platform they have access to.  In addition, you also have the option of running separate independent divisions via one platform. 

Can TravelAccel fit my specific needs and target market?

The platform is customized and built around your specific needs and market focus.  Our management team does an in-depth analysis of your product and operations in order to build a strategic plan to help you achieve success.    

How long does it take me to implement TraverlAccel Online?

Pricing and Licensing

How much does TravelAccel cost?

Our ultimate goal is your success and partnership; if you do well – we do well – we are in this together – so our pricing model is set up for this specifically with low upfront costs and a small sliding scale percentage of sales once the tour has ended.  To learn more about our pricing structure, please feel free to contact us. 

Can I try it out?

Absolutely – we want you to be sure that TravelAccel fits your organization and can help it grow and succeed. Every account comes with a free 30-Day Trial. We’ll help you throughout the trial to make sure that you get any questions answered. 

Who can see my content?

You – and you alone – decide who you share your content with. You retain exclusive rights to any content and data you create.  You decide who and what to give access to, plus you also have the option of running separate independent divisions through one platform.

What happens to my content if I want to stop using TravelAccel?

You can download a backup of your content at any time, through our UI or through our API. As you use TravelAccel, your content will get better and better – and we make sure that you have access to it at any point. 

Technical

What sort of security do you have?

All data sent to or received from TravelrAccel is encrypted using the same technology you use to communicate with your bank, and because of that we are trusted by some of the largest companies in the world. You can lock down what individual users and groups within your organization have access to edit. 

 

That said, you shouldn’t store sensitive information such as social security numbers, medical information, or nuclear launch codes in TravelAccel (also: why would you?). 

What sort of backup and recovery systems are in place?

In the event of a major catastrophic event, we keep up-to-the-minute hot backups that we can use to restore the entire system. In addition, we recommend that all our customers keep their own copies of their data which can be managed directly inside TravelAccel. 

Do you have a planned number of product releases?

Generally, we “release” a new version of the product two times a month. The releases most often contain minor enhancements requested by specific customers or minor bug fixes, but they also sometimes contain major feature enhancements that we’ve been working on for months. In certain cases, we will roll feature enhancements out for general usage, and in other cases these may only be turned on for beta testers. In either case, we do not require work on our users’ part to take advantage of new features. We communicate these changes through our monthly product newsletter that is sent out to all customers. 

Do we have to do any upgrades?

Nope! In fact, a major benefit to you in using a cloud-based system like TravelAccel is that there is nothing special you have to do to get access to the new features that we’re constantly working on; they’ll just be there the next time you log in. 

Will TravelAccel integrate with other 3rd party applications I may be using?

Yes: The idea of TravelAccel is to have one single, simplified, cloud-based operating system that runs and promotes your product.  We understand that companies may have existing, ingrained applications as part of their current business operations.  We purposely built the TravelAccel Operation System to be able to seamlessly integrate with many of these 3rd party applications; all adding to the ease of adoption.  We can easily connect to many popular cloud and enterprise applications and databases, and to any system that has an API or standards-based connectivity For details on 3rd party application compatibility please see our integrations page on our website or call for details and demonstration.
